Online tutoring via
tablet/smartphone is designed to be as close as you can get to private
tutoring, but unlike private tutoring, the tutor and student don't have to be in the same room, let alone, the same city. I first had the idea to try tutoring on my iPad when I realized that
most the time when I am private tutoring, the student needs to see what I write
on my paper and to hear what I say--and really not much else. This tutoring app
is unique because you have those two main elements: you see what I write, and
